At 4C Robotics & Repair, the words “Family Built” aren’t simply part of our motto. They represent where we came from, who we are today, and the legacy we hope to continue for generations to come.
4C Robotics & Repair was built on a passion for industrial robotics, but the story behind our family business goes back much further. It is a story of family, hard work, determination, and carrying forward a dream that began with the generation before us.
Today, we’d like you to meet part of the family behind 4C Robotics & Repair.
Charles, Sr. — Honoring the Original 3C Trucking Dream
Charles holds a special place within 4C Robotics & Repair.
He isn’t an employee of the company, but we consider him an important part of the 4C family because of what his involvement represents.
Years ago, Carl Jr. and Charles Sr.’s father had a dream of owning a business called 3C Trucking. That dream and the values behind it—working hard, providing for your family, and building something of your own—became part of the family’s story.
When Carl Jr. and Stephanie built 4C Robotics & Repair, we wanted to make sure that story wasn’t forgotten. Including Charles as part of 4C is one way we honor their father’s original 3C Trucking dream and recognize where part of our inspiration came from.
The business may be different, but the dream of building something through hard work and family continues.
Carl Jr. — Owner & Operator
Carl Jr. is an Owner and Operator of 4C Robotics & Repair and the hands-on driving force behind much of what we do.
His experience with industrial robotics, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, repair, and refurbishment helped turn an idea into the business 4C is today.
Whether he’s working on a robot in our shop, traveling to a customer’s facility, diagnosing a difficult problem, or helping teach the next generation, Carl believes that every job should be done with pride and done right.
Stephanie — Owner & Accounting
Stephanie is an Owner of 4C Robotics & Repair and handles accounting while helping manage many of the responsibilities behind the scenes that keep a family business moving forward.
From organization and customer support to the countless details involved in running a business, Stephanie has been beside Carl throughout the journey of building 4C.
4C Robotics & Repair wasn’t built by one person—it was built through a partnership and a shared belief in what this family could accomplish together.
Carl III — Technician
Carl III represents the next generation of the Faulkner family working within 4C Robotics & Repair.
As a Technician, he works hands-on with industrial robots while continuing to develop his knowledge and experience in robotic repair, maintenance, and service.
Having the next generation working alongside us is an important part of what Family Built means at 4C.
Thomas — Technician
Thomas is also a Technician at 4C Robotics & Repair and another member of the next generation helping build the company’s future.
Working alongside his family, Thomas contributes to the hands-on work required to keep our customers’ robotic equipment operating and to provide the quality workmanship we expect from everyone representing the 4C name.
Tim — Technician
Tim rounds out this part of our family team as a Technician.
Like his brothers, Tim is helping continue the family tradition by learning, working, and contributing to the robotic repair and service work performed by 4C.
Seeing the next generation work together is one of the things that makes being a family-owned business especially meaningful to us.
From 3C to 4C — Carrying a Family Dream Forward
What started years ago as a father’s dream of 3C Trucking helped inspire another generation to believe they could build something of their own.
That dream didn’t disappear simply because 3C Trucking and 4C Robotics & Repair are different businesses.
The industry changed. The generation changed. But the values didn’t.
Hard work.
Family.
Determination.
Taking pride in what you do.
Treating customers right.
And building something worth passing on.
Those values are part of the foundation of 4C Robotics & Repair today.
