Although Carl Sr. is no longer with us, his influence can be seen throughout the company every single day.
Carl Sr. believed in working hard, treating people with respect, keeping your word, and always doing the job right the first time. He taught that a person’s reputation is earned through actions—not promises. Those lessons became the blueprint for Carl Jr.’s life and eventually the company he and Stephanie would build together.
Even today, Carl and Stephanie continue to honor Carl Sr.’s memory through family traditions, stories, and by striving to operate their business according to the principles he lived by. Every repair completed, every customer served, and every relationship built reflects the values he instilled in his family.
His legacy continues to inspire 4C Robotics & Repair and serves as a daily reminder that character and integrity are a company’s greatest assets.

Neither Carl nor Stephanie believes success is handed to anyone.

Stephanie is the organizational backbone of the business. She manages accounting, scheduling, logistics, customer communication, and countless behind-the-scenes responsibilities that keep 4C Robotics & Repair operating smoothly. She is also never afraid to step outside the office—whether delivering robots, visiting customers, assisting with projects, or supporting operations wherever needed.
