Where the Story Began
Years ago, Carl Sr. had a dream of owning 3C Trucking. To his family, 3C Trucking represented much more than trucks and a business. It represented determination, independence, hard work, and the willingness to build something of your own.
The childhood drawing pictured in this post was created by Carl Jr. and tells part of that story. At the time, it may have simply been a child drawing something that was important to his family. Looking at it years later, however, it represents something much bigger.
It represents the influence a father’s dream can have on his son.
Carl Jr. grew up seeing firsthand what it meant to work hard, provide for your family, and take pride in the name attached to your work. Those lessons didn’t disappear when the years passed or when the industry changed.
They became part of the foundation for 4C Robotics & Repair.
From 3C to 4C
When Carl and Stephanie began building 4C Robotics & Repair, they weren’t starting with a large corporation, a huge staff, or unlimited resources.
They started with experience, determination, family support, and a belief that they could build something of their own.
Much of what it took to build 4C happened behind the scenes.
There were long days and late nights. There were sacrifices that customers would never see. There were challenges to overcome, lessons to learn, equipment to purchase, relationships to build, and countless hours spent figuring out how to turn an idea into a sustainable family business.
Through it all, Carl and Stephanie kept moving forward.
And while 3C Trucking and 4C Robotics & Repair operate in two completely different industries, the values behind them are very much the same.

The name 4C Robotics & Repair carries a deeper meaning because the business isn’t only about what Carl and Stephanie are building today.
It is also about remembering the people and experiences that helped make it possible.
Carl Sr.’s dream and work ethic became part of the inspiration behind the business Carl and Stephanie would eventually build together. Creating 4C became a way to carry those lessons forward while building something new for their own family.
That’s why the image accompanying this story means so much to us.
